1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cricket League ("the Platform"), including the website at cricketleague.net, the Telegram bot @crickethubot, and any associated mini-apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Cricket League is a free sports entertainment platform that provides:

• Live cricket scores and match data sourced from third-party APIs.
• AI-powered match predictions for entertainment purposes only.
• An interactive cricket mini-game with character customization.
• A progression system (XP, levels, badges) and global leaderboards.
• Community features via Telegram groups and channels.

Cricket League does not involve real-money betting, gambling, or wagering of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Cricket League, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

4. User Accounts

• Accounts are created via Telegram authentication. Your Telegram user ID and display name are used to identify your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

The Platform may include virtual currencies (such as coins or XP), virtual items (such as badges, gear, or character customizations), and progression systems (levels, ranks).

• Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Virtual currencies and items are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currencies, items, or progression at any time without prior notice.
• Leaderboard rankings and XP balances are maintained at our sole discretion.

6. Predictions Disclaimer

AI-powered predictions and win probabilities provided on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only. They are generated by machine learning models and:

• Do not constitute financial, betting, or gambling advice.
• Should not be relied upon for any financial decisions or real-money wagers on third-party platforms.
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate. Past performance does not indicate future results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or databases.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or exploits to manipulate scores, XP, leaderboards, or any Platform feature.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Promote gambling, betting, or real-money wagering using Platform data or features.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, branding, and original materials on Cricket League are owned by or licensed to us. Match data and scores are provided by third-party sports data APIs and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Telegram: For authentication, bot interactions, and mini-app delivery.
• Sports data providers: For live scores, match schedules, and player statistics.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

10. Match Data Accuracy

Live scores, statistics, and match information are sourced from third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that match data is complete, current, or error-free. Delays, inaccuracies, or outages in data feeds may occur.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cricket League and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from reliance on predictions, loss of data, or service interruptions.

13. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, content, virtual items, or availability.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or our Telegram channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
